Cable winch TESMEC ARS 403 (diesel tensioning device)

Our Company rents out a diesel cable winch Tesmec ARS403 (manufacturer – Italy), operated by an experienced mechanic. We work in all the regions of Belarus – Minsk, Mogilev, Gomel, Brest, Grodno, and Vitebsk.

The winch with adjustable tension to prevent damage is used to lay the high-voltage cable into the prepared track. The kit includes a rope of 1000 m long, rollers, stockings of various diameters, and radio stations. If necessary, we provide the telescopic handler Manitou MLT 845-120LSU for moving cable reels.

The Tesmec cable winch is a system of a diesel engine, a closed hydraulic circuit, and rotating wheels – capstans with a diameter of 325 mm, made of heat-treated steel. The leader cable installed on this winch, passing through capstans and coupling with the wire being laid with the aid of the head clamp (the so-called “stocking”), pulls this wire through the rollers pre-installed on the supports. The hydraulic tensioning winch is designed for laying (pulling) one cable or wire.

The capstans have a pre-warning system of the pulling force, which can automatically adjust the speed depending on the load or friction, and also maintain the pulling force at the set value.
